“Quick but not compassionate.”
I was impressed with the digital x-rays and pictures that I could view instantly. Had to schedule an appointment for a crown. Was completely unprepared for the pain I experienced after the novacaine wore off the day I got my temporary crown. My pain was intense and continued for 9 days. Went back to get permanent crown and expressed my concern for wanting to be prepared for what to expect. I felt like my concerns were minimized, mocked, and unimportant. I would never reccomend this dentist or go back again. This was my first major dental procedure and I was crying due to pain before I even left the office today. It was a horrible experience.
