“Complex Hip Revision Surgery”
I am so grateful to Co-Surgeons: Rebecca Burr, MD and Brad L. Penenberg, MD; Christopher Worgul, MD and Michelle Riley, PA-C of Cedars Sinai, for fixing my 2nd failed right total hip arthroplasty with significant leg length discrepancy. The 7 hour surgery included:
1. Complex 2nd revision of right total hip arthroplasty with placement of custom-made hip joint;
2. Releasing of pain causing thigh tendon;
3. Removal of extensive scar tissue;
4. Scar revision;
5. Mobilizing and lengthening of right
