“Our discussion centered on conce...”

Our discussion centered on concerns regarding three potential problems noted on my EKG. It was explained on the back of the printout and honestly I don't remember many details. I plan to come back in 6 months and will try and locate old EKGs to see if this in a new or long standing concern. I would love to see detailed notes on Dr Qamer observations. He has a fantastic informative rapport.

Very scary visit for me and Dr. Qamer was very patient in listening to my very complicated health history. His open attitude made it easier for me to explain more and cry less.
