I've been through a lot of visit with several doctors for over 10 years and I can barely think of one time I really felt heard or taken into consideration as with Dr. Chou. She's a very good listener and answers clearly to every question. I would recommend seeing her to anyone I knew needed to see a rheumatologist.

Dr is great, something is going on with scheduling. The recall visit was scheduled for Sept 8, at 1 PM and someone called my mother and told her to come at an earlier time. We missed that time by about 15 minutes, and the doctor had already left for the day. I wish they would have called us to just reschedule. Instead, when we got to the office, they reschedule her for the next Friday. At 7:15 AM on Friday Sept 15, my mother was called and told they had cancellations and she needed to come earlier. For sure we got there 15 or so minutes early and ended up waiting an hour and half. My mother is nearly 92, it task to get her to appointments. I don't appreciate calls telling us to hurry and come earlier. if that is what needs to be done, likely my mother's appointments in those instances should just be rescheduled. It is a 20 minute drive for me to pick up my mother and another 20 minutes to your Irving facility. I really can't make same day changes to her appointments work.

I love that Dr. Chou takes her time with me, to explain everything and shows care and concern. Not just that, but is trying everything to find the cause and what’s wrong. Along her, she has a amazing team. From the time you arrive to the time you walk out. I am always greeted with smiles and friendliness by the receptionist, and her nurse. Not just them, but her phlebotomist that works with her in her clinic. She’s literally the best, makes you feel less nervous and relaxed. And me always struggling with blood being drawn, there is never hard. Dr. Chou and her team go over and beyond always. Glad I chose Dr. Chou, and don’t mind driving an hour and so. Definitely recommend her.

From the very beginning when I arrived was excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming, polite, friendly, and went over and beyond to help me with questions and my family as well. The M.A. Ashley Thomas was also very friendly, caring, patient, and helpful. The phlebotomists was so so friendly and caring, even though she was busy she still did not let that stop from her being a great phlebotomist like other places you go to. Dr. Chou was great, she took her time to check everything, and was not rushing through. She was concerned about me to make sure everything was seen. For this being my first visit, I’m very happy to know that the hour and twenty minutes was worth me driving. I definitely recommend this Dr. and her staff, they are excellent and will go over and beyond for the patients.
