“Very Thorough and Knowledgeable”

She was very thorough and knowledgeable about my osteoarthritis, osteopenia, broken fibula, and cervical radiculopathy. She suggested I get a bone density test due to my broken ankle and my serious fall.

“For a 1st visit, thorough information gatherinring”

Office staff sre friendly. Dr.Chou was thorough, but I had to wait to wait almost an hour beyond my scheduled appointment before seeing her.

Had to wait two hours to see her. She had several new patients that needed more time. New patients need to have more time with doctor by scheduling.

I love my doctor. I feel heard she is very thorough. Each visit she reviews notes from the previous visit, goes over labs and she checks on my current issues and pain levels. I am very grateful for her care.

“The best experience I've had with a doctor!”

She takes the time to ask questions and listen to my concerns, no matter how long it takes. After 3 years of seeing doctors, running tests and getting told I'm fine, it's both refreshing and reassuring to FINALLY have a doctor who listens.
