This was my first visit. Eventhough the doctor was very good and thing went well, I could have better opinion after couple of more visits.

I realize that patient turn around is a high priority and to fit in everything that is required of the doctor to go through for these wellness checks per patient, within 30 minutes, is challenging-to-impossible. Nonetheless, I felt that the whole experience was rushed, thorough, but rushed.......allowing 5 more minutes for my visit would have allowed for a less aggressive exchange of discussion items and an additional minute or 2 to "absorb" the Information that was given......hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears.

This is my mom's second annual checkup visit to this doctor. Last year everything was great, she took time with us and I was satisfied. I've referred her to 2 family members. I returned this time with my mother for her annual checkup. The doctor was in a hurry, was condescending and abruptl. As I was discussing a concern, she said, "moving on" and cut me off. I told her I was a nurse of many years and she didn't want to listen to what I had to say about my mother's care. My mother has few medical issues and sees a specialist for each of them. I manage her care very well. She told us if we cannot come every six months she does not want to see her. I told her I always want to bring my mother annually unless there is an issue as she has many appointments and can that drive herself. I had a document of all our history with medications and she took it from me abruptly and said I will just scan this but didn't even read it. I am so sorry.I referred her 2 family members who now see her. This stature needs to be more compassionate, take time with our patients. I will be finding a new provider for my mother. I will find someone who listens and takes into consideration of what I have to say as a nurse of 43 years. I feel the statue needs to be to talk to and i'm sure she has many other reviews stating the same thing. It's too bad because I was really happy last year with her.

It was a good experience, im a new patient moved from matteson ill. To schaumburg ill. I was surprised how welcoming everyone was.
