“Nice to see a Dr that looks you ...”

Nice to see a Dr that looks you in the eye when she or he is talking or explaining things to you. She listened to my concerns with out cutting me off and took the time to explain her feedback to those concerns. Most importantly to me, I left the appointment trusting her abilities.
