I have been a patient at VM for 50 years and have had 2 primary physicians. I have always felt I was well cared for by the doctors. Since Franciscan health stepped in I have found much of the care has deteriorated can't get appointments have to sit on hold for a half an hour to make an appointment. It's not about the people anymore. It was so wonderful to walk into this office and have it go back in time and be about the people.
