She takes my concerns seriously and is knowledgeable about next steps to try and when it is time to loop in a specialist or get a second opinion. I never feel rushed at appointments with her, she always leaves space for questions at the end of the appointment. She speaks to you as a peer and makes you feel comfortable in playing an active role in your health care decision making.
