Dr Ing was very helpful regarding other masks for both my husband, and I sleep apnea use as well as keeping track of my husband's memory and cancer issues. I was nice to talk with someone who understood that sleep apnea was not the only issues we were dealing with and offered suggestions as to resources and products

Dr. Ing is a good listener. She understood my frustration with previous sleep study people outside of Legacy system. She made sure I was referred to a company known to provide good service. I talked to her on Thursday, and I'm being fitted for a mask this Tuesday. Unheard of! I am so grateful to her.
