I love Dr O. Trust her completely. Her staff is in competent. It took 1 VISIT TO THE PHARMACY, 2 phone calls, 1 message on the portal and 5 days to get 3 out of 4 prescriptions to the drug store. I’m glad I had it, I showed it to the receptionist, she went to go ask if they could fit me in. Of course I wanted almost 2 hours to be called back. I hope what happened to me, can be fixed, making sure receptionist locks in appointments before she hands card to patient.
