The option for a virtual visit with a provider means that I can get care when I need it and it also is a great convenience to eliminate the need for travel. I've utilized the virtual visit multiple times and I've always been extremely satisfied with it and the care I have received.

I liked that Tyrel took my stomach aches seriously and made a plan for me to try, so we could eliminate part of the issue, so we figure out what the next step would be. He asked good clarifying questions and he also asked if I had any more questions of him.The part that I think is still unclear is figuring out the referral system versus the prior authorization and what those terms mean. I called customer service about it.

This is the first visit with Mr. Jagelski. I made the appointment online and was seen within a day. It was a followup to a condition I've never had, gout. I had gone through a visit at the Sherwood Urgent Care a couple days before. This visit was a followup with new information from that urgent care visit.Mr. Jagelski was great at keeping things simple, straightforward and insightful. He was up front and candid, which I needed that day. Having never met him before, if he's available over any other PA, I'll wait to see him.
