1) Assistant who took BP, weight, etc was brusque and argumentative. 2) Texting/kiosk system to call me for Lab phlebotomist failed again. 3) However, he was the BEST phlebotomist I've ever had at your facility.4) Visit with Tyrell was good communication but he never examined my back or touched me which seemed odd.

He listened, he had prepared for this visit (history, etc., he recommended a course of action, he arranged for x-ray follow up, and he followed up the next morning with x-ray information and recommended next steps. We had very good rapport which I appreciated and enjoyed.
