Dr. Cadar is the best. He has always spent the time I needed, I suspect this put him behind at times. But the care and time make me a loyal patient. I don't care if I have to wait for him because he has done the same for me by time spent. I will wait for him whether that is at the time of making the appointment or waiting for the office visit (which is rare but, admittedly, happens.)

I truly appreciate the level of calm, active listening, emotional intelligence and broad knowledge base that Dr. Cadar brings to his practice. The healthcare system often works as an opposing force to the kind of care and time that is necessary to elevate the doctor patient relationship and thus the patient's degree of continued wellness. On any occasion that Dr. Cadar is behind schedule he is always apologetic. My satisfaction with Dr. Cadar as my PCP stems from his commitment to each individual patient to spend the time necessary to ensure productive inquiry, dialogue and partnership in medical decision making. If the Providence Healthcare system leans on it's provider network to meet time quotas based on filled appointment slots, not allowing ample time for doctor-patient dialogue and decision making both the physician's passion and commitment and the patient's wellness will be impacted negatively.
