I love being a patient of Dr. Ackron and her care team. I usually communicate through messages in MyChart and the wait time for an answer is usually quick. I also use MyChart to look up my test results, so I have an idea of what to talk about with Dr. Ackron. This particular appointment was for a replacement medication, but she always invites questions about anything else going on and I usually have a list! I think at this particular time in the world, it can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment, but that is not an issue I have with Dr. Ackron.

This is the first time I have been seen in this clinic and by this provider. She was amazing and the staff was exemplary. If I didn't have a PCP I would switch to this clinic.

Dr. Ackron showed me my x-ray and explained the results very well. I was relieved to learn that my injury did not require surgery, physical therapy was then ordered and approved quickly. I started my physical therapy 2 days later. Dr. Ackrons staff was also great.
