Used AI after it was declined, so not okay. Didn't know that immune issues beyond allergies need referral to a rheumatologist. Couldn't find tests I had in my chart and brushed me off when I went to pull up the dates to help. So she reordered tests I just had done and can't afford to redo just because she can't look at my chart ahead of time. And she put in the notes we talked about community resources, we never did- I only found out because the app told me I had a referral for that and I had no clue what it was talking about and I still don't know why I would go so I won't be using that pointless referral
