“From the check in person, to the hearing test to the support staff to Dr WWikcox it was an awesommme experience!!!”

The check in experience was great! Efficient, friendly, polite. The audio testing person, Monique was so friendly and efficient and personable. Everything flowed quickly from one tech and procedure to the other. The Dr was terrific! Smart, reassuring, and nailed it. All the staff LISTENED WELL!

“He is very patiently , safe and trust him”

“Efficient but not rushed.”

We were only together for a brief time, but in that time I got a full explanation of 'next steps' for my treatment and all of my questions answered. I didn't feel at all rushed, I felt like someone who knows what he's doing did it well.
