I went to Dr. Volm for aprox 2 years now. I find his 'bedside manners' impecable. Dr. Volm takes the time needed to explain very thouroughly, and more importantly, words that are understood by "us". I highly recommend Dr. Volm. He holds a staff of professionals, to the highest standards, both in knowledge and ability, but all have a great sense of humor. The staff and Dr. Volm are a step above the 'others'.
