Dr Sorenson and his staff are very responsive although very busy. I left the appointment with questions on a prescription issued by Dr Sorenson ahead of my planned discussions with my Providence Cardiologist in Spokane. Dr Sorenson and I discussed the possible treatments however, I was understanding they would first be confirmed by my cardiologist. Everything worked out and both Drs agreed. I am fortunate having such a good team.

I called and the receptionist listened well and asked questions, referred me to the nurse. The phone call with the nurse was comprehensive and well done. We scheduled an appointment quickly. The receptionist who checked me in was kind and friendly. The nurse who took my vitals and asked questions before the Doctor came in was thorough and kind. I felt at ease throughout the calls and actual appointment. Dr. Sorenson was up on my history, had read the phone call from the nurse - he was prepared. I felt an ease, understood and heard. He ordered an X-ray and responded in My Chart quickly and will order an additional test. Everyone doing their job all the way through. Going to the doctor is not my fun list of things to do but this clinic , with Dr. Sorenson, is the reason why the experience for me is a good, positive experience. So appreciative of this clinic and All the people who are there to support us, patients. Thank you!
