Thomas was very personable which put me at ease when discussing my concerns. He conducted the interview at a comfortable pace, asked relevant questions and took the time to listen to my thoughts and opinions. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the explanations he provided. At the conclusion of the visit I felt I had received the best possible care available.
