Tegan is an extremely nice person. I truly believe she cares about my health. I followed her advice on exercise and diet , lost 21 lbs, improved my cholesterol and glucose levels. I'm so grateful for her helping me improve my health. If you're giving raises she deserves one. What a jewel.
