Dr. Thornton pointed out to my 10 year old her growth on her weight chart. Then she told her about making the right decisions when eating. My daughter then said "I'm fat?" Dr. Thornton said that's not what she said but it was definitely implied and my child picked up on it. I worry that this will lead to disordered eating. It was highly inappropriate.
