“Provider seemed eager to finish ...”

Provider seemed eager to finish the meeting quickly - within 5 minutes - after providing me with a life altering diagnosis. I needed my questions answered to better understand my diagnosis and they showed an impatience and lack of empathy that was among the most off putting interactions that I've had with a provider in my life. A little empathy and compassion goes a long way.
