Saw this provider for care on severely damaged nail on right great toe and for intermittent tingling on left middle toe. Dr Mohuiddin examined both feet and provided care for the damaged toe nail. He was able to treat the toe nail without any pain, which was wonderful since I anticipated there would be some pain, He also Indicated that my right great toe also may have a fungus infection. He also determined that another nail on my left foot may be affected by fungus. He Rx'd an antil-fungal medicine. We discussed the tingling middle toe which Is probably attributable to my Type 2 diabetes.
