“Does not seem very knowledgeable...”

Does not seem very knowledgeable. Assuming he is new to practice and learning. I went in because my legs were swelling and I assumed it was a circulation problem. The only thing he could recommend was to continue to take diuretics which I had been doing with no improvement.
