This most recent appointment with Dr. Cherney was unlike any of my other appointments with him. I mean, staff there have always been warm, welcoming and helpful. Dr. Cherney has not. However, this last appointment was quite different. Dr. Cherney did not seem annoyed or impatient with my questions. He seemed to take my questions and concerns seriously. He offered Information and education that I didn't know I needed, but was glad to know. I felt heard. I felt encouraged. It was a really positive visit for me.
