Brooke was wonderful. She explained everything throughout the hearing test thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. She was very kind, answering a question I had about an associated department (vestibular rehab for an initial evaluation), providing me with reassurance that I will be in good hands for my upcoming appointment. I very much appreciated being given the results of the hearing test right away. Altogether a very positive experience.
