“Dr. Ritland came in the room, sa...”
Dr. Ritland came in the room, sat down, said 2 sentences and then got up to leave and attempted to shake my hand on the way out. It was just rude and hardly an office visit. I didn't shake his hand and instead told him "I have questions." He didn't sit back down but stood there hurriedly answering my questions, some of which we had to rephrase because he wasn't answering them. He's an excellent surgeon, but this is not the first dismissive office appointment I've had with him.
