We started working with Dr. Kim in the NICU when our child was diagnosed with a surgical defect at birth. It was an emergency diagnosis and a surprise. He treated us with utmost care, spent so much time with us explaining the condition, treatment, possible complications, and expected recovery. He asked us repeatedly if we had other questions and never left from a consult until we had thoroughly discussed. He showed genuine care for our daughter while also keeping a professional line that I imagine makes it easier for him to perform hardcore surgery on a delicate little baby. We felt very at ease and in the hands of someone who is obviously very knowledgeable and qualified. We couldn't be happier that Dr. Kim provided care to our daughter.
