PA Stephanie is fantastic, and I was so glad to see her!!! She answered all my (boring) questions with care, concern, and enthusiasm. I was able to talk with her at some length about what I am experiencing with this shoulder replacement (left shoulder) compared to what I experienced with the right shoulder replacement in November 2022. She helped me realize that no two shoulders are the same, even in the same person, and I am right to express my concerns, that there Is a logical explanation for each of them, and she wants me to know that everything is fine. She is pleased with my progress and she expressed this to me with great confidence that good healing would continue. She is wonderful!

When Stephanie Yniguez is seeing me she makes me feel like I am the only person in the world that matters right now. She takes the time to answer my questions (and I have a bunch of questions, all written down) and explain her answers. She had me do all kinds of (gentle) things with my shoulder and she was very pleased at how well my recovery is going. This cheered me up greatly, and allowed me to relax and feel positive about my newly-replaced shoulder and all the work I have been doing to help it along. Stephanie explained what comes next, and gave me great suggestions about what to do in the meantime. She is kind and gentle, intelligent and resourceful, and she LISTENS, respectfully and intelligently, and answers my questions with real answers and not just a few words to keep me from asking any more questions. My experiences with the nurses, PAs, and doctors at Mercy Medical Group have been a glorious and welcome change from the various professionals I encountered at the two other facilities I have been to in Sacramento. At Mercy I feel taken care of. I feel like I am a person who matters, whose questions are not only answered but encouraged. I have persuaded family members to change over to Mercy Medical and all of them have been very pleased. I love my doctors, but I also love the people who work with the doctors. What a gift this is!!!
