The nurse that helped on the phone wasn't very polite. Her responses were short and lacked empathy for my situation. The clerk was helpful but the wait was long. After 12 minutes in the waiting area the clerk called back and was able to get someone to attend to us. The provider was extraordinary though. She is always so caring and thoughtful and addressed my worries thoroughly helping me feel at ease. She was very informative and her recommendations were very helpful! My daughter seems to be doing better already.
