“My PCP in reality can only provi...”

My PCP in reality can only provide long range scheduled appointments, and that those are scheduled out months in advanced. My wife just tried to schedule a well being appointment with my PCP and was told the earliest was 8 months out! Once I get to see my PCP, it's great and she provides excellent care. But for emergent situations I must go to the urgent care clinic, forgoing any building a relationship with my PCP.
