I have been experiencing a lot of poor front desk interaction. Staff are either socializing with their peers, "on a call", or simply understaffed. Also, all the tinsel and "decorations" at the west side front counter are tacky, unprofessional and in the way of the counter space. As for Dr Purttaman, she is a pleasure to work with.
