She is extremely kind, and understanding. She really cares about my health and I have stage iv kidney cancer. She cares about my anxiety and deals with the side effects I get from cancer meds oncologist has me on. Im 73 yrs old, and feel She understands the frailty of us elderly very well. Im grateful I have her as part of my medical care team.

“I have been experiencing a lot o...”

I have been experiencing a lot of poor front desk interaction. Staff are either socializing with their peers, "on a call", or simply understaffed. Also, all the tinsel and "decorations" at the west side front counter are tacky, unprofessional and in the way of the counter space. As for Dr Purttaman, she is a pleasure to work with.

She is an excellent listner and is prepared and knowlegable. I appreciate how she is connected to the other practitioner I saw and reached out to her for the best info and response to my questions about follow up .
