First impressions always have a lasting impact for anyone. It gives an individual a warm feeling that a professional really cares. And I sincerely felt it with Dr. Melissa Purtteman. IF there were doctor's with her traits and amazing communication then so many patients would look forward to the visit. It's such a huge loss to know she will not be my doctor . I wish her a happy and rewarding experience in the teaching profession. Passing that knowledge will truly benefit the opportunity for others to gain a great respect for life.
