“Stacey's first comment when she ...”

Stacey's first comment when she came in the room was she didn't have a lot of time since I was late. I'm my opinion that should never be said to a patient. I offered to cancel and reschedule so we could not be rushed but she said she would take care of me. It was a very uncomfortable appointment!
