1st of all I was late due to going to the wrong location twice. It was no ones fault but my own as I received a phone call the day before confirming and also text. Needless to say I was 20 minutes late and he still saw me when he didn't have to as I am sure it through his day off and probably made other patients have to wait a little longer as well. When he came in to consult with me he was very patient and did not rush me, he took his time and explained everything very thorough. I told him then as I left that I appreciated him taking the time to see me and I want to say it again.
