She was 10 minutes late to the appointment. This appointment should have been her first of the day since it was set for 7:40 AM. She looked as though she had just gotten out of bed. Didn't acknowledge that she was late, and did not seem prepared for the visit-she had to keep looking in my chart to remember what she was supposed to be talking to me about.
