When dealing with a patient who is suffering from the effects of Covid (brain fog) it really does not help for Shelly to rattle off a bunch of advice that can't be remembered by the brain fogged patient. Prescriptions were not ordered at the right pharmacy and some meds not even available.

He is approachable, kind and gives a solid honest opinion about all the information it takes to help you make better decisions.
