Very perfunctory manner just "going thru the motions" attitude, and a feeling that she was hurried, no real investment in helping me understand my health issue. Five days later, no follow thru with what she said she would do, getting the MRI results into my chart, making the orthopedic referral and the f/up appointment.

I do believe Shelly is a very thorough P.A. but I do believe the constraints of "protocol" limit even the very best PA's and Dr's, for that matter.
