The only concern I have is that I don't feel like I have a definitive plan going forward. “The PA was pretty thorough but g...”

The PA was pretty thorough but got some this is incorrect when dictating visit at end. No notes taken. I will have to ask for corrections clinical details. MD also got a few details wrong, likely based on PA dictation. I realized after visit no one asked for more details on a few things that I think are important. Both were very nice and seemed interested but too busy.
