Dr Matthew took the time, asked and answered appropriate questions, was intuitive and relational, and presented a warm, open, and caring bedside manner. Jericho the RN was the same. Moreover, I am transgender, and the entire reason I travel 40 minutes from my home to come to your facility is because everyone there gets my name and pronouns correct and the call me by my correct name in the waiting room. Those are the 2 most critical pieces for me and many places don't get them correct. So while I am a provider of healthcare services myself breaking up people's kidney stones in the OR, I don't always receive basic dignity and respect from my own providers so it is tremendously relieving that you all get that right.
