Dr. Morper was thorough and honestly compassionate which provided relief from any anxiety I had about my upcominh6 procedure. Dr. Mortar was also my pre-op doc 5 years ago. I instantly felt as if I was a part of the BS&W family. He greeted me as if we were long time friends by mentioning things we discussed 5 years - not only items related to my earlier surgery which may have been in my case records but also personal items such as hobbies and other subjects most likely not in my medical records. He was great 5 years ago and even more delightful this visit as well. Give the man a raise. He is deserving for his concern about by current situation. If I must visit you again I hope he is present to prepare. He is the best

I wish I could give more than 10/10. Dr. Morper answered all of my questions in my pre/op appointment. He took the time to explain the "why" of the needed procedures. He also answered some of my questions about my surgery that I did not think to ask my specialist when I was there. He is professional and obviously very knowledgeable. I appreciated his kind bedside manner, which helped relieve some of my nervousness about my pending surgery.
