I received notes subsequent to the visit. There was a mention of counseling for an alcohol problem. I haven't ever had any problem with alcohol, nor was there any mention of alcohol during the visit. I assume this was some sort of coding error in the preparation of the notes. Beyond that, I don't have a clear understanding of what is causing my symptoms of irregular and rapid heart beat and shortness of breath. I like Sharon a lot and feel confident we can determine the cause of my symptoms.
