I was disappointed by the poor communication prior to the appointment, then the doctor informed me that she did not have time to communicate directly with patients and didn't know how to use the technology or have time to learn it. I am not a young guy myself, but I take time to learn technology when it can benefit myself or those I work with. The excuses were not well received and have me considering going to a different doctor for my care.
