I previously had a different doctor through upmc. I had the worst experience. Since changing to the East Berlin medical center every visit I've had has been amazing. Shannon is the best! She listens, she doesn't rush through the appointment, she gives you her undivided attention and really explains everything very well. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!
