“Shannon is a wonderful provider....”

Shannon is a wonderful provider. She's always appropriately, thorough and attentive. Discusses her recommendations with me well. Goes back to discuss with her supervising physician when things are unclear. Which makes me feel reassured in the care that I am receiving.

“Had never met this person before...”

Had never met this person before, so it didn't seem very personal. Didn't feel that she really knew one thing about me. Why can't I see my "REAL" doctor??
