My experience was very good. Things were explained to me and I understood.

This is the first time I saw this provider and asked if she could be my PCP. She cannot, because she doesn't have a panel. She spent more time with me and asked excellent questions about my health. I felt that she was very easy to talk to. She was able to provide almost immediate results on sample and prescribe abx. When lab results came back, she charted and recommended I come in for an additional exam to gather more info on my problem. I was able to schedule a second appt for a time that I was available. I was surprised by the speed at which I was able to get in to see her.
