“The ear wax was causing me addit...”

The ear wax was causing me additional hearing problems, impacting my use if my hearing aides. Shane Johnson and staff worked diligently to remove the wax and were very encouraging about how wax occurs and why. Thank you. I felt so much better after I left and can hear better, as well.
