“One of the first sentences we we...”
One of the first sentences we were told during our visit was our daughter's height "was a huge concern", which was very alarming and came with no explanation despite our questions. Then by the end of the visit it was somehow no longer a concern, because our provider thought our daughter was acting fine/meeting milestones - which was great - however, my husband and I tried to get more information but we couldn't get the discussion started as to why there was a sudden change in level of concern. There was also no discussion of current feed patterns/solid food progression, dental hygiene, etc, that we expected at a 9 month well visit. It was a bit of a whiplash of an appointment that left us very uneasy.
