“Dr Agee spent time talking to me...”

Dr Agee spent time talking to me but literally did not lay hands on me in any way for my annual physical. He did not listen to my heart or lungs and yet documented in his note that my heart amd lung sounds were normal and that my pulse was regular. He is a nice person and a friendly provider but documenting that he assessed things he didn't is a red flag for me.
