Dr. Shands does a great job following up with things I can work on and recommendations to keep up with my health - per the current items I have on file. Unfortunately the process of discussing new problems/issues is a separate thing to discuss (have to schedule a separate appointment), she does a great job on keeping track with my current lifestyle, recommendations to better it, and just general things to be reassured on.
