Sarah is awesome. We came in at 20 percent and the 90 day echo was 25-30 percent! (Heart function) Sarah adjusted dosage so I didn't have to cut in half. She explained the importance of weighing daily looking for fluid retention and adjust diuretic. Any concerns can be sent thru portal,

The provider of care was attentive. I explained my current condition, nonetheless, a solution was not provided or alternative. Upon checking out, I was informed of a new provider who will be informing me of care. I felt the current provider should have mentioned that to me.
